Each Tecnoware product is designed and manufactured in compliance with the directives on electrical safety (LVD 2006/95/EC) and EMC (2004/108/EC) regulations and consequently is marked and certified CE.

   The client can check the correct product functioning through the Help Desk customer care and eventually receive (RMA)
   immediate service assistance.

   Our widespread service centers network, is constantly trained and qualified to provide Tecnoware customers with
   precautionary controls, measurements, installations and product start up.

   In addition Tecnoware offers an extension to the standard warranty conditions through custom made maintenance contract.

   Tecnoware products are designed and produced respecting the environment.

   During production, in fact the components and materials used are exclusively Lead-Free ROHS.

   In addition, each Tecnoware product has the ECO Power System with quick battery chargers offering the highest operating
   performances, thus reducing energy consumption, operating costs and environmental impact.

   The high level of performance in Tecnoware UPS permits a considerable energy saving lowering of 50% the initial costs
   depreciation.
